How to Submit a Request

Please ensure you include "Legal" or "Data" in your subject line for proper routing.

Please include:

• your full name;
• your email address;
• the organization or tenant associated with your account, if any;
• the nature of your request; and
• enough detail for us to verify and process the request.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on your request. If your information is processed on behalf of a customer organization, we may direct your request to that organization or work with that organization as appropriate.

Certain information may be exempt from deletion or immediate removal, including information maintained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, contractual obligations, or service integrity.
