Hardware Warranty and Product Notice

Unless otherwise stated in a separate signed agreement, any hardware, prototypes, pilot units, beta devices, or evaluation equipment provided by Arkos are supplied “AS IS” and without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Arkos disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title.

Without limiting the foregoing:

• hardware may be experimental, prototype, pilot, or pre-release;
• hardware may require customer-side installation, power, connectivity, maintenance, or environmental controls;
• hardware performance may vary based on deployment conditions, third-party integrations, firmware, environmental interference, network conditions, or misuse; and
• hardware is not warranted for life-safety, emergency-response, medical, or other safety-critical use unless Arkos expressly agrees otherwise in a signed writing.

Any replacement, repair, return, or pilot support process will be governed by the applicable order, statement of work, pilot agreement, or other separate written arrangement, if any.
