• Arkos is not obligated to continue, commercialize, or support any Beta Offering.

Beta Offerings are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If you provide feedback regarding a Beta Offering, Arkos may use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
