You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable law and the Arkos Terms of Use.

You may not use the Services to:

  • unlawfully monitor, surveil, track, or profile individuals;
  • deploy devices or monitoring functions where required notice, consent, or legal authority is absent;
  • harass, intimidate, stalk, retaliate against, or discriminate against any person;
  • interfere with critical infrastructure, communications systems, or networks without authorization;
  • probe, exploit, attack, reverse engineer, or bypass the Services or any related environment without authorization;
  • transmit malware, malicious code, exploit payloads, or harmful commands;
  • test destructive functionality against production systems;
  • violate export controls, sanctions laws, or prohibited end-use restrictions;
  • process data in a manner that violates privacy, labor, biometric, surveillance, telecommunications, or sector-specific laws; or
  • use the Services in any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful manner.

Arkos may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or terminate access at its discretion where necessary to protect the Services, customers, users, or the public.
